During the early 1900s, a young Vincenzo Parisi was removed from his family from a malaria-infested Puglia, with the aim of seeking better opportunities, which the poor rural provinces of southern Italy lacked at the time. Unlike the many who at the time dreamed and pursued the American dream, Vincenzo's journey began to think like a shoemaker in Genoa. It was then that he made his first and only pair of leather shoes, and it lasted until his final days. After various maintenance procedures, those shoes eventually lost their original appearance. However, their soul has always remained intact.

Taking inspiration from the only pair of leather shoes handmade by Vincenzo and with an eye to the future, Cuoium by ORTO PARISI, is a fragrance that demonstrates love and respect for the legacy of leather. THE CAP is in rusty metal, characterized by an original logo carved on vegetable tanned leather.

THE BOTTLE: The bottle of Orto Parisi fragrances is inspired by an ancient flask, a container for liquids to be thirsty. For Gualtieri it was very important to have an appropriate and manageable bottle, which reflected the principle of "practicality" and "consistency", so that it was not too small and not too light.
